Job Description:
We are looking for an organized and proactive Operations & Client Relations Coordinator to manage day-to-day communication and ensure smooth execution of projects.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate with clients and coordinate project timelines
- Schedule and manage meetings, deliverables, and reporting
- Prepare proposals, contracts, and invoices
- Ensure project milestones are met on time
- Support internal teams with operational tasks
Requirements:
Previous agency or production experience preferred
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Fluent in English; Arabic or Persian a plus
Experience with project management tools (Notion, Trello, or similar)
